Feng Shui Consultation Procedure -

Dean will need to visit your property twice. The first appointment is to gather information such as floor plans, compass directions and birth dates. Try to have a scale floor plan of your building, and if possible, get everyone’s time of birth (this improves the accuracy of the Astrology & Date Selection). If you don’t have a floor plan, Dean can measure and draft it for you.

This usually takes around 1 to 1.5 hours.

The second visit is to review the results of the analysis. If you have chosen a Gold Service, then the report will usually be around 20 pages plus the Date Selection Calendars. It can take up to 4 hours to go through the report. If you have chosen the Silver Service, then the report is 3-5 pages and takes around an hour to review.

The cures included in both packages may include any or all of the items listed on the Products pages as well as those that are not publicly listed, but excludes Water Fountains. Also excluded are plants. While we may recommend painting and renovations, Gold Dragon Feng Shui does not include them as part of our service.

Feng Shui Payments -

It is Gold Dragon Feng Shui’s policy that all fees are payable on the first appointment. If you cannot afford to pay the full amount, then we can arrange to take a deposit and make an agreement for you to pay the rest over a period of no more than 6 months. Talk to Dean about this option.

Gold and Silver Package pricing is for common single property dwellings. Units are also included in this price because the overall building also needs to be assessed. For houses that are more than 2 storeys or 5 bedrooms, an additional fee will be charged. Clients that pay in full and in cash are eligible for up to 20% off their consultation fee.

For businesses, the service is fully tax deductible. For home businesses, the service is partially tax deductible depending on the area used to conduct your business.

We have a strict no refund policy on our services. We strive to make sure that every single client comes away happier and more at ease than before we met them. If there is an issue, make sure that you let Dean know so that something can be done about it (and there always is!). We do like to get feedback on the quality of our work and we strive to make sure that we are constantly improving.

Readings and Healings -

All personal readings and healings are done at the Gold Dragon Feng Shui premises.

Readings are generally for 1 to 1.5 hours, personal cleansings/healing can take up to 3 hours and property  cleansings take anywhere up to 4 to 5 hours to perform.

All reading and healing payments are to be cash only unless agreed to beforehand.

Online Orders -

ALL prices on the website are in Australian Dollars.

We charge a flat fee for postage and handling. For most product shipments the p&h charge is $17.00. Large orders will be sent on quotation, we only charge what it costs to send the items. If you wish to have your products sent via registered post, then please let us know.

All products are shipped via Australia Post, unless that service is not available. Large Water Fountains will be shipped via Australian Air Express.

Our transactions are conducted through Paypal for extra security. If you don’t have a Paypal account or credit card, and would like to purchase any of our products through direct deposit, cheque or money order, please contact us on 02 4009 1706 or e-mail on the Contact Us page so that we can help.

Please allow 10 working days for your products to arrive. They should arrive much sooner than this, but we ask for your understanding if there are any delays.

Your privacy is important and you should feel at ease visiting this site. If you have any questions regarding our privacy practices, please feel free to contact us.

Collection of Personal Information
When you perform an on-line transaction, we update our relevant databases and store transaction information to use for customer relationship building, analysis and audit purposes. Some examples of an on-line transaction include: purchasing a product, register as a customer, complete an on-line web based form, subscribe to a newsletter or document.

We may use the data to collate statistics about our customers in order to continually improve the site but any statistics will not contain information that will personally identify you.

Your personal information will not be sold or given away to any other person, company or organisation without your consent. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.

Whenever you visit our web site, we automatically record: IP address, the date and time of visit, the pages accessed, documents downloaded and browser type. These statistics tell us how our site is being used and helps us to continually improve to make our site more relevant and easy to use. This information does not identify you personally.

Email addresses
Gold Dragon Feng Shui will record your e-mail address if you: send us a message by e-mail, include your email address in an online form, subscribe to any of our online newsletters or documents,

Your email address will not be added to any external mailing list or used for any purpose unrelated to your relationship with Gold Dragon Feng Shui.
